Shouldered AI / Team
Every seat, and who sits in it.
This is how Shouldered is organized, out in the open. Tap any seat to see what it does, message it, or apply if it is open. Your city lead is your first call; the national sales leads cover each industry across the country.
National sales leads
One per industry, across the country.
Each national sales lead owns an industry anywhere in the country, and ideally lives in one of our four cities.
City teams
Who to call in your city.
Three seats in each city: the city lead (your first contact), the church lead and the schools lead.

Behind every seat
Simon and the seven desks.
Shouldered runs on Shouldered. Everyone on this page has a Hero, and Simon runs our HQ over seven desks: Lydia (Sales), Silas (Marketing), Tabitha (Service), Matthew (Finance), Nehemiah (Operations), Barnabas (People) and Deborah (Legal). Messages to an open seat are answered by Simon until the seat is filled.
